Bereichen immer noch nicht ausreichend Rechnung getragen. Zudem ist eine Zunahme von Diskriminierung und Gewalt gegen marginalisierte Gruppen, die sich nicht dem heteronormativen cis-geschlechtlichen Spektrum zuordnen, zu verzeichnen.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-autospace:none"><span style="font-size:13.0pt;font-family:AppleSystemUIFont">Die Veranstaltungsreihe, die im Sommersemester 2024 startet, zielt darauf ab, über geschlechtliche, sexuelle und amouröse Vielfalt aufzuklären und
den Abbau von homo-, trans*- und inter*feindlichen Einstellungen zu fördern. Mit den verschiedenen Vorträgen beleuchten wir vielfältigen Handlungsfelder der Sozialen Arbeit. Ziel der Reihe ist es, (angehende) Fachkräfte dazu anzuregen, kritisch über gesellschaftliche
Machtstrukturen und Ungleichheiten zu reflektieren und Wege aufzuzeigen, wie ein selbstbestimmtes Leben und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe ermöglicht und unterstützt werden können.

OutInChurch e.V. In ihrem Vortrag erörtert sie die Initiative #OutInChurch - Für eine Kirche ohne Angst und die Entwicklungen seit dem gemeinsamen Coming-out im Januar 2022. Sie diskutiert die Haltung und Praxis der katholischen Kirche bezüglich sexueller
und geschlechtlicher Vielfalt und teilt Einsichten aus der katholischen Jugendarbeit. Persönliche Erfahrungen und das Erleben von Empowerment innerhalb der queer-katholischen Community stehen ebenfalls im Fokus.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
